Hi all,
I'm a new member here and have recently recommitted to OA. I am a proud mom of 3 boys, I have a great husband and a job I love, but have struggled with food for as long as I can remember. I tried OA years ago and loved it then tried it "on my own". What a joke..
After only a couple of days abstinent, I feel the fog lifting, my spirits brighter, and things "sharper and clearer". I know this is only the beginning, but has anyone else had a similar experience.

How does staying on program make you feel? I have to say, I love it.:carrot: Thanks for making me feel welcome,

luvmyboys! (Jaune)

While I'm not an official member of OA, I can honestly relate to the fog lifting analogy. I haven't binged or overeaten for four days...and even that just revitalizes me! Life feels good again, and I don't want to stumble back. I've learned to take each day as an accomplishment. :D
