13.5 Minute Mile, Woo Hoo!
Ok, it may not sound all that impressive, but compared to the fact that just over 2 weeks ago I could only manage about a 15.3 minute mile on the treadmill, I'm pretty thrilled.

Thank you guys for the encouragement, I'm feeling good, and now that the 13.5 minute mile is getting easier, I think I'm going to aim for one just under 13 minutes by next week. Here's to hoping!
