My Aunt Millie had a saying that I have always lived by and I feel that it is very relevent here as it can be very freeing, so I wanted to share it with you. Whether it is being afraid to get on the scale (for those that choose to use one) or going to the doctor for a check-up,

I totally agree with that. Knowing...you can do something about it. Not knowing...puts you at a great disadvantage.

I did not want to get on that scale..but it's a good thing i did. Or i might have ended up starting over at a much higher number.
