Talking Firmly in Onederland!
I've met my january goal, which was to make it into onederland Last week I made it, and this week has been all about maintaining. I can already see the difference. I can fit into my size 14 jeans standing, I hope I can be comfy in them by next month !!!

Nice work! You're an inspiration, I'm hoping to get there myself, I've been hovering between 198 and 201 for a month, frustrating!! I want to get to onederland and STAY there! Congratulations, it's all down from here

That's great! My January goal was also to get to Onederland but I didn't quite make it. Sigh. But I'm THRILLED that you got there. It has to feel so good not to see the dog dang '2'. I'll be joining you there soon (I hope!)
