Default Lapbander 6 months out...

I had lap band 7/15/08. I'm 5'3 and I have since lost 84 pounds.
I log all my food on thedailyplate.com and I'm real strict about
my calorie intake and what I eat. Almost in a bad way now.
I'm averaging about 800 calories a day and I'm not firming up.
I'm loose jiggly skin around my thighs. I think I'm burning muscle and
not fat. My face looks tired around my eyes and I am tired. To tired
to do more than the walking program I'm doing.

Anyone else go through this because they are afraid of being fat
again? I'm afraid I won't lose weight and I will get fat again if
I eat more.

Melody I had RNY. I havn't lost nearly as much as you but a couple questions come to mind.
Do you get enough protein in? How many grams per day?
Do you take your required vitamins (B12, Multivitamin, Calcium Citrate)?
800 calories sounds like its not enough, you should probably get at least 1000 calories a day.
Lastly, do you do any resistance training? I hired a personal training because I have lost nearly 40 pounds in about one and half months. So I am trying to fight the sagging. Going to the gym is a must and building muscle is a must must. It really helps to burn fat but builds that muscle that has been tucked away for so long.
I hope this helps
Congratulations on your weight lost and discipline. I think you are doing great

Congrats on your WL

I would even say 1200 calories and up your protien.. that should help. How is your blood work, you really should have it checked.

I'm pretty sure my surgeon has said we should be between 1000-1200 by as far out as you are. If you can join a gym or fitness center and start some cardio and weight training to help tone your skin and develop calorie burning muscle.
Or get some videos or research exercise online. The right exercise program will make you feel great.

Congratulations on your fantastic loss! I got banded in December and am pleased with my progress. Yours encourages me because I would really like to lose 100 lbs this year and make my first goal of 175. I'll work down to 150 from there.

Keep up the good work!
