Do you think longboarding is good exercise? I longboard a lot (1-2 hours a day) and I'm pretty worn out when I come home. I feel like it's giving me a work out but I'm not too sure..
Uh, I would think it would be great unless you are mostly just standing around. If you are actually doing something then yes, I would think it's really good.
Yea I would call it exercise. Good for balance and lower body strength. You may want to look into some other form of exercise for cardio to supplement it however. Although if you're walking up hills to do down them that probably counts
