Default yea!!! I lost 6 lbs!! Now 189.8 lbs!
YIPPIE!

I went on the scale after three weeks, and voila! 6 lbs in three weeks!

I'm now 189.8 lbs! So that means I've gained .6 lbs of muscle due to my exercise routine and lost 6 lbs in the process!

So my total weight loss to date is now 118 lbs!

I am sooooooo rockin' this today! I'm in the 180s!!!!!

I'm in the 180s!!!!

I didn't understand the muscle gain figures, but good job on the weight loss. Keep up the good work! You are an inspiration. : )

A couple weeks ago, I gained a little bit of weight due to increasing my exercise routine with muscle work. I then had TOM and couldn't find out until today how much I had lost in the last few weeks because of TOM.
