Default I am normal!
I finally reached my normal BMI. I was on track before Christmas but things got tough with all the temptations and then I moved and all craziness ensued. But I have been weighing less than 164 for several days now so I am officially under 25 for my BMI which means I am normal! So woohoo for me!!

When I told my brother that I had reached a normal BMI for the first time, he turned to my SIL and said, "Hey, you hear that? She's finally normal."

I think the day I reached my normal BMI might have been my favorite of the whole weight loss experience...might even have beaten out reaching goal. While I bad mouth BMIs as being too general and not accurate for all body types, it was still a really great feeling. Congratulations!!!
