I've been tracking my food on fit day, but I notice they are missing a lot of brand names and some foods that I think would be fairly common. For example, I tried to find non fat latte, and they didn't have it. I also tried to find Kashi granola bar, and again they didn't have it. I made adjustments and got a pretty accurate count, but I'm wondering which sites people use. I went to the Daily Plate, and they had both of those items, so I'm thinking about switching.
So which online calorie counting sites do you find to be the most accurate, and offer the most foods, brand names, etc.?
I use The Daily Plate and love it, if I can't find something I can add it in manually and the things I eat regularly are listed so all I have to do is click on them and they are added to my plate.
I also use the daily plate, it's got the most complete food database I've seen anywhere. You do have to be careful with some of the entries, especially the homemade recipe type entries, but there's usually more than enough options for the item you ate to give you good choices if you think one of the numbers is suspicious. I love the "things I eat often" list, too.

I had the same trouble when I started out on fit day and that is why I am a Daily Plate user now. I can count on one hand how many times I wasn't able to find what I was looking for on it.

Dude!!! It says that my calorie intake today is -258!!!!! So great to see that I'm actually doing something right
-258?
How is this possible? If you are eating 1200 cals or less, AND excersizing, you should be eating back the calories you burned to get back up to at leat 1200 cals so that you don't seriously starve yourself.
