Thanks for the link Mandalinn, I have been wondering the same myself. I guess I already do a version of it. I allow myself anywhere from 1400-1700 per day, no more than 1800. Somedays I eat less, some days I eat more. I use fitday to plug it all in, so I will start paying more attention. This is actually the first week I've allowed my range to be so generous and it just so happens I moved down a pound after a two week stalemate. Coincidence? Hmm...
