am i eating too much fat in a day??
hey guys, new here!!! I have a question?? everynight i usually have a salad (2-3 cups) with some sort of meat...and i dont use any other condiments through out the day except for salad dressing on the salad and im using the full 3 condiments for that..which could consist of 3-6 tablespoons of dressing...and now that i think of that..that is alot of salad dressing..since it has both carbs and fat in it.. is that too much??? is that right or is that wrong of me?? since we really are allowed only 1-2 healthy fat servings!
