I just want to say how proud I am of everyone here at 3FC for taking charge of their lives. Finding this website has been my saving grace, and I can not tell every single one of you on here how grateful I am to have heard all of your stories. Thank you for listening to mine. 3FC is my home away from home...with so many new friends that share my struggle and are non-judgemental.
I feel the same way. The support you get here is phenomenal and I know I would have given up already if not for the people here. There are so many people with so much knowledge to help along the way that I really believe-for the first time in my 46 years-that it is possible for me to lose the weight and be healthy. 170starting-glad you feel that too. Oh, absolutely! Even though I know I don't share as much as so many other people do, I love reading their stories and hearing that they have the same questions/issues I do... Having 3fc has really made a huge difference for me.
I feel fortunate to have found this site. Not only is there great support but in the archives there is SO much info concerning diet, health, exercise etc.
But the best part are the Before/After pictures and the accompanying stories that go with their. Real stories about real people who have done the impossible. It is SO inspiring how could one not think that they too can succeed.
This site is just amazing. It reminds me how there are actually good people out there who care for others. Espically when we do not even personally know eachother. It's pretty much a bunch of strangers around supporting and caring for eachother. Theres no knowing where I would be in my joruney without this site that I actually found on accident. It's a beautiful thing lol.
I'm not even sure when or where I managed to find this site, it was like it just appeared at a time when I was so low and desperately needed it. When I first decided I needed to change my life for good I didn't even know where to start. Long story short, the people and the support on this site was amazing and people were always ready to jump and help and answer any and all questions, and now thanks to all of your support and my hard work I am becoming a better, healthier mom, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, niece......... Thank you all, not sure I would have made it this far without you.
3FC is really amazing. They've managed to keep this site sooo positive and helpful, which is really what we all need (as opposed to others that often see hurtful or berating posts). This truly is a safe haven.
