Hello all. I am pretty darn new here, but I have discovered a little about myself lately. I have lost 130 lbs and have run 11 marathons, but I am finding that my extreme tendencies are not sustainable. I need more balance. I have a marathon schedule for 2009, but i have pretty much thrown it away for balance. If I am going to keep the weight off I need sustainable, does this make sense to anyone.
Any advice would probably help. I think I know what I am going to do, but it is hard to let go of the extreme side of myself.
