I picked up a 20lb bag of dog food today while I was on my adventure looking for Greek Yogurt and it was heavy! I thought wow I was carrying this around and then some just a couple months ago. 65lbs gone must feel soooooooo freeing. Congrats!

I selfishly hope I'm wrong, but I have a sneaky suspicion that you're gonna beat me to ONEderland! And when you do I'm going to be so happy!!

That's the thing about weight. It ages you. You look so much younger! Oh my goodness. Thank you so much everyone!!! I'm having a crappy day (grandma dying but still hanging in, aunt diagnosed with cancer etc) but this... this made it so much better :)

My hair: I shaved my head BALD 3.5 years ago. TWICE. lol! I grow hair well ;)
My plan: I started my plan this past September 27, 2008 and the weight just started falling off. So yes I've lost 65 lbs in 113 days. I calorie count (1800 per day average) eat VERY healthfully, stay on plan and just started calorie cycling. I also do yoga and walk. But honestly I don't do as much exercise yet as I should. I do daycare for a personal trainer though so that is my next thing to tackle!
