Fiber one pancake mix. It's very, very good. It's light, fluffy and tastes just like regular pancake mix.

It's light, fluffy and tastes just like regular pancake mix. RN BSN 2009 01-18-2009, 01:31 PM I just tried their fiber one pop tarts. they are ok but just as many calories as regular. UGH I had a package of 2 but the package said 190 calories but that meant PER tart. So I have to watch my eating for the rest of the day. Tristesse 01-18-2009, 10:55 PM they are ok but just as many calories as regular. Yeah but they're lower in points because of all the fiber. and tastes just like regular pancake mix. That's because it IS regular pancake mix. kelly315 01-18-2009, 11:14 PM Sounds good, Kelly S From, another Kelly S. wantingtolose 01-18-2009, 11:52 PM I bought it a few weeks ago. I like it. I usually make them from scratch but i really like how convenient it is. I add oatmeal and vanilla to them and they are really light and fluffy. Plus, my kids love them too! DanielleMomOf2Boys 02-01-2009, 08:09 PM The poptarts have 5 grams of fiber and they are only 3 pts each! I love them for a quick breakfast...one with a glass of 1%milk is 5 pts! coco99 02-15-2009, 02:38 PM Hi I have tried the Fiber One pancake mix. I really like it. So doesnt my hubby. The Fiber One poptarts are a no-no for me. I like the brown sugar ones. They are a trigger food for me. coco Just Jezzle 02-17-2009, 08:47 PM I love them too!! i add cinnamon to the batter or eat them with strawberries!! calimodel1 02-24-2009, 04:51 PM how many pts are the fiber one pankcakes? Parsp 02-26-2009, 02:41 PM I think they're 1 pt per pancake when made as directed. tdiprincess 03-02-2009, 11:15 PM I'll definitely be looking for them. Although, I'm not a huge pancake fan. I like French Toast better. But, DH loves them. He's just going to have to get used to what I buy and make for him LOL.. So far making him eat a bit healthier, he has lost 3lbs!! He went from 185 to 182!! vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
