Well, I signed up for this at my YMCA and I figured why not? Let's invite the team to do the challenge as well!
First off, it's called a Lazyman because we have until February 16th to finish it, so you get to do it mile by mile - but be forewarned...there are a LOT of miles to this thing!
Swim: 2.4 miles
Bike: 112 miles
Run: 26.2 miles
Our YMCA does a "twist" to this and there are activities you can do to earn miles. Here is the list I got.
Fitness Activities
Participate in a spin class: 14 miles
Participate in a high impact/cardio class: 6 miles
Participate in a speciality/low impact class: 5 miles
Walk outside/walk your dog for at least 30 mins: 3 miles
Walk/bike to work or for errands: 3 miles
Play tennis, raquetball, handball or squash: 2 miles
Play basketball, soccer or hockey: 2 miles
Shovel/rake your driveway/lawn (or your neighbor's): 1 mile
use free weights and/or strength equipment: 1 mile
Participate in a water aerobics class: 0.25 miles
Alternative Activities
Throw out all your junk food in your house/office: 10 miles
Go to the doctor for your annual physical: 10 miles
Quit smoking: 10 miles
Get someone else to quit smoking: 5 miles
Get 8 hours of sleep: 5 miles
Attend a nutrition class/health class: 5 miles
Take the kids sledding, skiing or ice skating: 2 miles
Engage in physical activity with the whole family: 2 miles
Prepare a healthy meal as a family or with friends: 1 mile
Clean your house/bedroom (do a "winter clean"): 2 miles
Turn off the TV for an hour: 1 mile
Play a game with the family or friends: 1 mile
Swim during rec swim as a family: 1 mile
Put down the video game for an hour: 1 mile
Park in the furthest spot from the door: 1 mile
Take the stairs: 1 mile
Eat something healthy that you may not normally eat: 1 mile
With my extra points, I made the entire triathalon. I wanted to do it all by the book, but since I was sick half of this challenge I am just happy I finished one way or another!

Well, my gym doesn't have a pool but I know there is one not far from my house. I'm going on vacation next week and we are staying at places with pools so I'll do my best to swim a little everyday. When I get back from vacation, I'll try to get in the rest of the swimming. The biking and running? No problem!
Now that means I have to concentrate on how far I bike now. Time to get started.
1/15 - free weights (1)
1/19 - circuit training (1); high intensity cardiobox class (6)
1/21 - spin class (Posted); circuit training (1)

What would Jillian Michaels 30Day Shred Phase 1 be worth? Is that considered High impact or specialty class? Any suggestions?

Well... Since I can't swim, bike or run right now, I guess I am going to have to earn my miles the alternate way.
"Swim" ~~ 2/ 2.4 Miles
"Bike" ~~ 18/ 112 Miles
"Run" ~~ 2/ 26.2 Miles
1/15 ~~ 8 hrs sleep, 5. Climb stairs 3 times,3. Total for day, 8 miles.
1/16 ~~ 8 hrs sleep, 5. Climb stairs 2 times,2. Low impact cardio, 5. cleaning my house (and yes, I work hard when I clean! ) 2. Total for day, 14 miles.
