Fitness Videos - Janis Saffell kickboxing

does anyone besides me have her dvds and love them/get your butt kicked by them lol

Yeah, I have her Cardio Kick and I really like the music. The indian music is really cool. I also find her very tolerable to watch. Before Janis, I thought there were only Denise Austins as far as the eye could see. Then I met Janis, and she gave me reason to hope. Now I like Turbo Jam and Jillian Michaels, but i always put Janis in there now and again. She's pretty good. :)
