Hi everybody,

It's been a while since I've been here. I've been lurking and thought I should start posting again. :) I've notice a lot of new faces and that's great. I'm a SAHM with two little ones (3yo and 22mo). We would like to try for a third, but I need to lose some weight first. I'm heavier now than when I got pg with the first two. This last year I wasn't focused on weight loss. I have learned important things about myself though. For ex, I learned that I'm not a stress eater. I've often used that as an excuse in the past. But when I'm truly stressed, I noticed that I actually lose my appetite and stop eating (which isn't good either). So now I'm putting that excuse aside, along with many others, and getting focused. I've done the post-holiday purge and rid my house of junk food. I've been menu-planning. I do need get moving and get more exercise in though.

I'm looking forward to posting more and getting to know all of you. :D

:wave: Welcome!! I'm glad you have decided to come out of lurkedom. :) It's good to know the reasons why you do or don't eat. It can be the make or break in your food lifestyle. Good job on getting rid of the junk food. I know for me, I do better when it's not in the house. Good luck and I am looking forward to seeing you around the board. :)
