Hi there OneDoubleZero:

I can not stress enough...BUY THE BOOK...Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002 or prior). Do not rely on because since Atkins Nutritionals Inc. took over after Dr. Atkins demise, lets just say, they aren't true to what the good Dr. wrote. If you must refer to a website regarding the true Atkins plan, I'd recommend:

All the best to you!!

I got all of my Atkins books (I own 3 or 4) cheap or free. One was a gift and the others I found at thrift stores. The library is another free option.

Read the book. You really need to absorb a lot of information in order to be in synch with Atkins. It is a lifestyle change, not a short-term diet--but--it works miracles.

I went to Coles to buy the book. But it was the ones releases from the Atkins company. They don't have the original one written by dr. aktins
