Got a question..just started the supercharged version and it says you can have low fat yogurt which I eat anyway but stopped thinking I couldn't have it for phase 1. I am confused...I like the strawberry or strawberry/banana yogurt and it is like 80 calories for 8oz. Do you think this is okay to have then? Contains slight traces of strawberries. I just love the stuff but backed off because like I said, didn't think it was Phase one approved. I have a copy of the old book and just got the Supercharged in the mail last week plus recipe book.

PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR SUGGESTIONS AND THOUGHTS! : )

You can have plain FF and LF yogurt and add flavorings to it in Phase 1. You can't have the fruit ones. But you could add SF strawberry syrup or SF Jell-O to it to make it taste like the fruit one. That's what I usually do in Phase 1. In Phase 2, I just add SF jam to plain yogurt because I don't want all the :censored: they throw in the little cartons...most of it unpronounceable.

i can't start phase 2 until next monday, but i am so ready for my nancy's yogurt and blueberry smoothies!
