6 lbs awesome!!! Do you have a game plan for transitioning yet? Most people I know were scared to death to start adding more but its great and I know for sure I can do this the rest of my life

I'm here, and still going strong! No idea how much I lost this past week (4, 5 pounds maybe? I'm on phase 1) because I switched scales and the new one says I weigh about 5 pounds more than the old one. I feel like I gained, even though I know I did lose the weight! I'm transitioning to phase 2 on Friday and I'm looking forward to bread and apples again.

Yelie- I am nervous to transition but I think I am going to add fruit flavored yogurt and maybe pasta once a week! Pretty much going to keep up what I am doing with some more healthy carbs. Sound good?

Heather I am soo proud of you for making your first goal of 250 and that means that you are super close to number 2 on the list!!
I had to start over because I was totally slacking and all my cravings were coming back. But yesterday went very well and today I had 2 eggs, 3 veggies links and a string cheese for breakfast. Unfortunately when I went to the store last night the whole meat, poultry area was closed off for cleaning and they were all out of the yogurt that I buy! I'll have to get those next time

Its all about finding what works for you and doesnt set off cravings For me grapes and strawberries are awesome whereas apples make my cravings go nutso for some reason. I also love brown rice but just cant get past the texture of ww pasta lol. Just add stuff slowly and see how it makes you feel and keep doing what youre doing!

Its possible that your muscles are holding fluids in because of working them more....but you will go back down Just keep it up...I love SB!!
For lunch I had 2 mushroom veggies patties, about an ounce of FF cheddar cheese, and salad! now its time to get ready for work

Ahhh I've been so busy this week I feel like I haven't had time to check the boards! I hope everyone is doing good this week! I'm doing pretty good, adding fruit and "good for you" carbs back in! Thank god, I missed me some fruit!
