Well I was back on the wagon a week ago. When I weighed myself last Monday after all the holiday food and partying
I weighed 243. Thursday Thru Sun I held steady at 238lbs lost already. Yesterday I went a little over my calorie intake that I had normally been eating about 1500(normally) and even actually had 1 piece of pizza on white bread and I still managed to lose another pound. This morning I weighed in at 237.... 6lbs down in the first week. That is a awesome number. I have been working out too which I think has resulted in inches lost, because I have noticed my jeans getting loser and I tried on a pair of jeans from before I had my daughter and they FIT and they were very very snug during the Holidays lol.
