General Diet Plans and Questions - Conjugated Linoleic Acid

It isn't a diet but I didn't know where to post. Has anyone taken Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). I don't know much about it but had a member of my group ask about it and I thought I would check and see if anyone has had any experience with it.

While there have been good results with CLA - just remember that without proper nutrition and exercise you're just throwing your money out the window...as there is no such thing as a 'miracle' fat burning pill.

Thanks so much for the reply. I have checked out the links and sent them to the member. I had never really heard of it before so couldn't help him. I know he is eating properly and exercising and realizes it isn't a "miracle pill" so hopefully this additional information will give him the info he needs.
