This is always a fun thread when I see them on other boards so I thought I would start one here. That and you get some good ideas sometimes....
What does your weekly grocery list look like???

barilla plus pasta (I cannot stand whole wheat!)
spagetti sauce
nuts
bag salad
soy milk
individual pack microwave peas (I love these! You find them in walmart and they are great!)

Weekly: A whole crapload of veggies (I eat between 10-12 servings a day), berries, a few starchy fruits, avocado, tomato, chicken, tuna, eggs, feta cheese, nonfat yogurt or 1% cottage cheese, canned beans, turkey lunchmeat.
Bi-weekly: ezekiel bread, wraps, steel cut oats, soymilk, regular cheese, hummus, peanut/almond butter, marinara sauce, fish.
When needed: oils, nuts, raisins, dried fruit, dark chocolate, quinoa, rice, pasta, fancy nut butters (even though i currently have 12 jars.) Any "treat" type foods. condiments.
Probably more but can't think of them at the moment.
