South Beach Diet - Maybe this time

Maybe this time I will get it right! I have tried sb a few time before but and have done ok but fall off the wagon and gain the weight back.
I am 44 yrs old and weigh 221. My daughter is getting married at the end of the year and I hope to lose wt by then. Looking forward to chatting and getting encouragement from this group!
