I love them, but don't eat them much anymore. My favorite was the chocolate peanut butter - 180 cals, 6g fat, 10g protein, 24g carb. The double chocolate chip is good, too.
I actually moved on to other protein sources in the morning that gave me more protein for similar or less calories, but the Special K bars got me started eating more protein in the beginning of the weight loss process, so I'm not knocking them at all.
I actually still have some in my desk drawer at work, but am more likely to eat one as an afternoon snack now rather than breakfast.
You can sometimes find good deals on the bars on Amazon.com, by the way - they are crazy expensive in the stores here in Atlanta!
When I first started out I would eat one at 9:30 and not be hungry until just before my 1:00 pm lunch time. Now, I need more calories and protein in the morning and am still hungry faster, but I think that is from the diet changes.
