Default Away for a week...

I just got the call a little while ago that my son, Mickey 4 will be having his hernia surgery next Tuesday. So I'll be traveling on Monday and i'm not sure how long I will be in Whitehorse. I'm going to try and stay on plan as much as possible but I'm not sure I'll be getting much exercise.

My weight has been staying the same during all this so, that I"m at least thankful for. I'm still at 315lb but right now for the next 7 days I'l be putting my energy into my son's well being. I will be back.

If I haven't checked in, in 7 days, someone message me and remind me to get my butt in gear! Thanks for all your support.

I'm still around for the weekend and will be getting in as much exercise as I can. Along with, cleaning, laundry and packing.

I hope your son's surgery goes smoothly. The one thing about the little guys is that they are so resiliant and heal quickly. Best of luck to you during this stressful time. Hang in there....you can do it!

Thank you guys! I'm dealing very well. My older son had surgery when he was 4 as well so I'm okay with that and know how quickly they heal.

I'm having a hard time with the weather. Right at this moment it's -49C it's supposed to warm up a very little bit by tomorrow. We have to be there on Monday at 2 for the appointments to begin. So I dont' want to travel Monday when the temps are supposed to be in the -30's and it mights snow as well and I hate driving in the dark when it's snowing.

My brother is coming with my and hubby is staying home with the other two with my mom to help him. My boss's gave a SAT phone to use on the way and today I'm making sure we have gasline antifreeze and other essentials, includinga sleeping bag in the van.

Warm up vibes would be appreciated!

I've been moving more and not eating much and food choices aren't great but I'm still trying to work it.
