100 lb. Club - graduating need help with poem.

Hi pals my neice is graduating to become a teacher and i would like to write a poem for her with her name if possible can anyone help me i don't know something short and nice i don't have any idea. Her name is ARICELIS any help is appreciated thanks guys. :)
