1- 32 oz bag frozen hashbrowns
2- pkgs country gravy mix
1 box chicken broth
1 cup of water

Mix all ingredients in large pot. Let simmer unitl potatos are soft.
This will be a little thick, if you want it thinner just add more water
WW points= 2 per serving
serving size 1 cup

Just wanted to say thanks for the great recipe. We had this 4 nights ago and it was just the thing on a cold night and tasted great! This one is a keeper in my recipe book.

This is excellent. I added sauteed onion, garlic and a Tablespoon of sage and salt/pepper to taste. With some ground turkey it would be Thanksgiving in a bowl!

Now that the weather is turning colder, I'm thinking it's soup time. This sounds like a wonderful recipe. Can't wait to try it.
