I've used this for a long time, just had a recent break, and I count EVERYTHING. I was just curious if everyone counts veggies. Like do you count lettuce, or onions, or tomatoes?
After I "converted" to vegetarian, I realized just HOW many calories in fruits and veggies I'm eating! (at least 1/4 of my calories is just in fruits and veggies per day)-- so if I didn't count those, I'd be WAY off of my calorie goals!
