and also, back on phase 1 :dizzy: It has been a wild week for me, during which I showed no restraint and ate whatever was available, and too much of it. about half way thru the week, all i wanted to eat was a massive amount of vegetables and a tuna steak! I settled for blackened salmon cesear salad. now that i'm home, i just want to purge all the water weight and sugar cravings and get back to business. 25 pounds in '09! :hat:

Welcome back! No need to do a 2 week Phase I - just a few days to ditch the cravings. Nice to know our bodies change their cravings when we eat healthy for a while.

I wish I was craving veggies instead of the ice cream my bf bought :( I blew it for the day with a bowl of that a bit ago. I just have to get back on track. I love not even wanting to eat bad stuff, and I know I need a couple of days of phase 1 to get there.

I hear you on the Ph1...even though I go off a bit, I like going back to Ph1 for a week or so to get me strict and regimented again :)
