Good morning Jen!! Its another Monday!! (and I am sick!)

Breakfast:

coffee 0
(that's it, my throat is so sore, can' swallow anything else!)


Lunch:

I don't know, maybe a smoothie or something


Dinner:

again, don't know, maybe a smoothie.


No exercise today, just feel too awful.

Total = I know I will be way under in points today, but I hope to feel better tomorrow!!

Exercise: would love to walk on the treadmill, will see how my breathing is by then.
