I want to read about the South Beach Diet. Seeing that I am to start the diet this weekend. But there are so many books....which is the one to start with????

I think the latest version is called the South Beach Diet Superchargerd. I would recommend getting that one.

Indeed, the latest book is South Beach Supercharged. It includes an exercise plan to accompany the food plan and updated food lists as well as a much more thorough explanation of the science behind the plan.
