It's late in the evening and you realize that you have a bunch of servings you need to eat. What do you do? Eat them (if you are hungry), Eat them (even if you are NOT hungry), Not eat them (plan better tomorrow).
We have some forum members who have been at this "way of life" for a while. These experts should feel free to add a post that explains why they chose their particular choice. This will help enlighten those of us with no COD to question.

I voted for "Eat it if I'm hungry", but I would like to qualify that vote. It depends on how late in the evening. If I'm within an hour of bedtime, I probably would not eat it.
And I guess I would plan better the next day. When I'm on track, I eat pretty regularly and have my food planned out, so I don't really have leftover servings a lot of the time.
Hi Kim! Thanks for your response . I have figured out that I need to create a 2-week menu plan instead of eating haphazardly, lol. Hopefully I can get this done by the weekend.
