walked for 1.5 hours with Fran this saturday and walked all day with BF at a street fair. Sunday did Gilad's Bodies in Motion (TV)..2 episodes. I was laughing at the cheesiness, but stopped when I had to do squats. Ouch!! :p
Walked some more on Sunday. Tonight I did 45 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer.

Pushed myself out there despite still being pooped as poop and did my 4.5 miles in 46:29:D

I did 4 miles on the bike. Good for me. I also did arms and 110 sit-ups.
