South Beach Diet - Great SBD Product Finds

Hey all!

I know that in this quest as of late (as opposed to the last time I tried over a year ago and then 3 years before that) that more and more SBD friendly products have come out on the market. And I anticipate many a new face come tomorrow so maybe we share what products you like!?

Wholly Guacamole (http://www.whollyguac.com/our_products/simply_avo_snackpacks): 100 calorie snack packs of FRESH guacamole that tastes great! I use it on salads and as a dip for veggies.

Canfield's Diet Chocolate Fudge Soda (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canfield's_Diet_Chocolate_Fudge): doesn't sound fab but it is! Reminds me of a good old fashioned egg cream! No caffeine or sodium either! Helps with sweet cravings.

I'm working so hard today :p

I love Doktor Kracker single serving packs, www.drkracker.com/ and Mary's Gone crackers, www.marysgonecrackers.com/ns/intro.php. When I need something crunchy and dippable they really hit the spot.

I used to drink the Canfield's Diet Chocolate Fudge Soda years ago, and loved it. It makes a really great ice cream soda,(using SF ice cream), and really satisfied my craving for something chocolate.

I like the South Beach brand chocolate covered soy nuts.

I didn't realize triscuits have a rye version (shredded wheat with some whole grain rye and caraway added). YUMMMMO!

I've always seen the Wholly Guacamole in the produce section, Jenski.

Yup--produce where the veggies and fridge "dips" are. Found it at GIANT here in the DC area.
