Default Ok, so I gained back 10 pounds

since Thanksgiving. Maintaining is not easy, the holidays got the best of me. I indulged at parties and ate too many christmas cookies. Anyway, I had to change my ticker to represent my weight gain. Guess I go back to losing now. Better to get in check now then going back to where I started.

The Holiday season is really hard. I have found it a bigger challenge, not just because of all the yummy treats, but also because I have all three kids home with no school, and they have been sick and we have been snowed in on and off for the last few weeks. It is hard to rattle around in your house, trying to entertain kids and not going completely stir crazy -- snacking out of boredom.

Good work getting back on plan. Maintenance is quite the balancing act.

You are NOT alone! There are several of us maintainers who are "above their red line" and who are in need of re-losing weight. I'm one of them! Just get back on the wagon and before you know it you'll be back at goal.

Count me in as one who has gained 10 and is back on track. We can do it!
