Ok, I was gonna wait, but knowing me, I'd forget, so I'll get it out of the way now.... For my buttmoving today, we have crunches, lots and lots of crunches :D some back work, and arms. probably put in about 20 minutes on the treadmill too, for good measure, I'll come back and change whatever needs to be changed for this :D

Steven - you crack me up!!
Ok, I plan to get back in gear and move it this week!!
Went for a 30 minute walk yesterday!
walked at least 3 miles today, might have been a bit more but I wasn't wearing my pedometer so we'll never know so we'll say 3 anyway.

Ok, even though my but moving for this week hasn't started off to a good start, it will get better. Due to being sick all weekend and just starting to feel better today, I only did 1/2 hour of laps in the pool and then we went shopping.
I plan on doing a full workout tomorrow.

Saturday: 2 hours walking around at the mall, on feet for 4 hours. Then did 20 minutes at 4.2 mph on the treadmill, and keeled over dead. :)
Sunday: nada. not even extra credit points.
Monday: hiked 3 miles of trails in the woods
Tuesday: climbed a mountain. Yes literally. 1 mile up, 1 mile back down. yee haw.
walked around the mall this am for about an hour and a half then walked outside this afternoon, not sure how far I went, probably about 2 miles, walked up a good sized hill too.
Well as you all know by now something happened, what I do not know but I am fully mobile for the first time in 14 years. I still have days when I have profound exhaustion but this too I have found my way around. On days when I am so drained and regular exercise is not possible I have begun to dance again. I turn on my boom box and go with the music. It works for me! Soon I feel a little better and off I go. a half an hour is about all I have built up to as of yet but I still am kept on the run in my home so it all works out.

OK, just snipped this from the #153 thread....
I don't know what's gotten into me, but I LIKE it, I woke up at 5:30 this morning, instead of 6, and instead of heading for the puter, like normal, I worked out for 45 minutes.... HARD, jumped rope, tried to do the treadmill, but gave up after 10 minutes of it sticking, need some silicone spray for it I guess, did 15 minutes of step, then 110 crunches, regular, 3-point, 10 fast pulses, on the floor with legs and hips elevated, and reverse, holding my ball betwixt ankles and thighs... then I did squats and stretching...whooohooo, (and I still got more for later!)

Yesterday I just went to the mall and other places to get a mothersday gift.
Today I did a workout at the gym. Bike 28 min, and lower body weights. Didn't get to swim.
Sat in the tanning bed and burnt in the places that don't usually see sun, LOL
O'well.

Today :I scrubbed down the ceramic tile backspashes and counters in my kitchen.
Made a carrot cake for Hubbys birthday and made shrimp salad.
Cooked cabbage rolls for tomorrow and restuffs for the freezer. 30 potato halves.
Pulled everything out of my pantries and redid them so they are all organized.
Sewed rugs for the kitchen
Stripped four beds and remade them
washed a million dishes all day long
folded and put away laundry
paid Moms bills
and finally relaxed.
znow granted this may not seem like exercise to you all but for me this is amazing!
I am moving..........finally. Thank you God for the ability and all of you for keeping my spirits lifted.

Well, I got in my 100 crunches today, some squats and plies, and some arm work, was gonna do some cardio, but decided to get some me time in, and had a spa day instead :)
Walked 3 miles today, yes in the rain. I don't care, I won't have another gain (.2) next week at WW.

Well I didn't do much of anything today. I think I'll go to the gym tomorrow. My daughter is AMAZING. She acted like nothing happened today. She was great. She asked to go to the gym tomorrow. I'm going to try to wash the bottom part of her hair and then put a hat on her and tell the ladies in the daycare. If they have a problem, I'll just walk at home or something.
Tomorrow, I'll get weighed and measured so we'll see how my horrible weekend went.

Hi everyone.. I'm new on this board.. I was on the WW 100 club .. but it was wayyyy too slow for me.. so, if you don't mind I'm going to hop on here. You guys seem like a fun bunch! (btw.. my profile is posted)
I have never like exercise much - but last night at my WW meeting I got my pointsbooster!:D It's too cool!
This morning for the first time in my life I mowed the lawn! I always thought it was a "man's job" - no way! My 2 year old dd stayed outside with me and played. What a great way for me to get outside her outside and have me exercise. I earned 3 WW points. :strong:
Too cool!
