Other Reduced Carb Diets - woohooo! got my exercise in today!

One obstacle after another has prevented me from running for the past week and a half. So this morning I got up at 5:30 even though I didn't have to go to work and I ran 4.5 miles. :carrot: It really feels great and it put me back into a deeper state of ketosis which is where I want to be right now...not for weight loss but when I am in that state my sugar/carb cravings are completely non-existent. I did splurge on Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas at 2 parties and really enjoyed the treats I ate. I did, however, jump right back on the low carb plan that I follow (my own plan of just consuming 50g of carbs or less per day and trying to eat as "clean" as possible) the very next day. I didn't allow my indulgences to give me an excuse to go hog wild with the rest of my WOE.

Anyway...the new year is rapidly approaching and I am looking forward to really watching the progress I make this year. My goal is to reach my goal by my birthday, June 22nd. I'm sure I will though :)
