Recipes - Slow Cooker/Crock Pot Recipes

i'm just about to go pick up my first ever slow cooker. I decided to get one because I often fall off the wagon cos I get home late and end up shovelling butter soaked toast into me rather than a proper meal.

Does anyone have slow cooker recipes they'd like to share? I'm really excited about this but concerned I'll produce flavouless goo!

We've been posting some slow cooker recipes in the South Beach thread too. I just made the chili lentil stew with PB today. I absolutely love my crockpot and use it several times a week - once a week to make refried beans (yes, I love beans!).
