1. To stop loosing weight and maintain
2. To workout 3-5 times a week accordingly to maintain

3. To see and spend time with my friends more

my resolution for next year is :
1. lose 2 pounds (1kg) a week till i reach my goal of 130lbs(120lbs hopefull)
2. learn to cook ...(to cook healty food)
that would be about it....if next year at the same time i could have reech my goal or be near...it would be the best christmas/new year time!!
1. Lose 2 lbs every week so I can get to my goal of 135 lbs
2. Workout 5x's a week or up to 7 if possible

5. Fit into a bikini for the first time ever
i've been lacking exercise for a while (since TOM on 13th Dec) - I've just started to come back to exercise, so my goal is:
- To start exercise regularly again
- To eat healthier again
I've been eating abit more than i should abit, and less than I should on a day when I sleep for 12 hours >"< So i want to get my balance back.
1. Lose enough weight to look good in a gorgeous new dress next Christmas Day. (At least UK size 12).
2. Start exercising regularly and stick to it for once!

3.) do all pre-requ's for school
4.) get accepted into a school
5.) actually have a savings
6.) get out of corporate housing and have a place of my own!
7.) wipe out my outstanding debt
8.) have a professional photo shoot
9.) see yosemite and the grand canyon
10.) get my eyeliner tattooed!
1)Finish my last semester of school on the presidents list
2)Wear a bikini this summer
3)Appreciate my bf more instead of getting upset over stupid things
4)Get organized
5)Pay off my credit cards
More than anything, I want to start to recognize myself again. As someone who has always been bigger, it's a little difficult for me to adjust to my reflection. I don't recognize most of my body anymore. It's really frustrating and I need to get a handle on it before it causes problems.
