I'm usually pretty good at getting myself to stop, but I do have a bit of a problem with tortilla chips and salsa--I can NEVER have "just one," LOL, and usually before I know it, I've cleaned out the entire bowl.
Another one would be nuts, like peanuts, cashews, pistachios, etc. They're so small and not too filling, so you can eat sooo many of them without even realizing what you've done. Oh, and I can't forget cookies (pretty much of
any kind). I'll have ONE, and think,
Well, might as well have another... And another... And another!
