Default Trigger Foods

What is your trigger food? What do you eat that then encourages you to eat more and more of it? Its one that has got me interested the last couple of days!

I would say caramels and chocolate...my in-laws make homemade caramels for the holidays and it is hard to stop at one! They are delicious.

I call these vulnerable foods. I can't have them in the house, and my family knows they can't either when I'm around. Any baked goods, cookies, bars, cakes. Or candies just sitting out... I'm ALRIGHT if they're in a cupboard, but still - I'd rather not have them in the house. I simply can't control myself.

Poptarts, CHEEZITS it a huge one. Chips.

Anything that isn't in a single serve package, I can't buy it basically... still working on getting over that.

I'm usually pretty good at getting myself to stop, but I do have a bit of a problem with tortilla chips and salsa--I can NEVER have "just one," LOL, and usually before I know it, I've cleaned out the entire bowl. Another one would be nuts, like peanuts, cashews, pistachios, etc. They're so small and not too filling, so you can eat sooo many of them without even realizing what you've done. Oh, and I can't forget cookies (pretty much of any kind). I'll have ONE, and think, Well, might as well have another... And another... And another!

Candy. Chocolate, mostly. I could go buy a bag of Rolo's & eat them all in one day. Yikes!
