I've heard everyone talk them up here but I thought how good can they be?
I was so so so so soooooooooooooooooo wrong. I bought a large (32 portions) of the original wedges today (the 70 calories/per two kind) and worked them into my daily calories.
These are quite possibly the best things I've ever tasted.
Thank you ladies for suggesting them!!!

I have tasted the laughing cow cheese also and found it very tasty. I love cheese so this is a good way to have what I love but at lower calories.

omg I especially love their little round individually wrapped packages. I just have a hard time justifying spending $3 or so on the purchase of such a small amount of cheese, BUT they are pre-portioned!

Yes, I agree. They are very good. I buy the Light ones and even they are tasty!
I also wanted to mention here that I have melting fat-free cream cheese and adding curry to it and just a sprinkle of cornstarch to thicken. It is awesome with chicken or veggies and really satisfies the creamy/indian flavor I love.

I like the little round individually packaged ones too. I love love love cheese and crackers and they are a great substitute for all the cheese I used to eat. They're great on pretzels, reduced fat Wheat Thins, Wheat Ritz Crackers, etc. I am never without LC cheese.

I've always got some of these in the fridge. They are a great snack.
I also use them to make a lowfat Alfredo sauce or spinach dip, they go in my broccoli-cheese soup, and also really good rolled up with some herbs in a pounded chicken breast.

This is my favorite thing to do with the laughing cow cheese wedges too. I love the portion control of them. My hubby used to gripe about the little size, but he's forgotten about that. He eats them all the time now. If I buy lowfat cream cheese in the tub he eats too much.
Mmm, seeing this thread this morning reminded me to pick up more at the store. They're the only light cheese I can tolerate. There is an especially great deal on them at Sam's Club if you have one nearby - 3 for 6 or 7 dollars.

I used Schmoodle's idea tonight for a yummy dinner....pounded Chix breast stuffed with 1 slice of chopped canadian bacon and 1 LC lite swiss wedge, a few herbs, browned it on the stove with Pam and then baked in the oven. Side of roasted veggies.
I'm going to be experimenting...everyone keep sharing ideas.
Easy and Yummy! :)

I just "discovered" them about two weeks ago, after many many recommendations on this site. I LOVE THEM!!!! The french onion are my faves, but I like all of them so far (I've tried regular, light swiss, french onion, and garlic and herb). I usually eat them on celery sticks or low sodium triscuits.

Yes! These are on the grocery list 'cause I need something to eat with my celery and cucumbers that isn't as bitter as hummus.
