100 lb. Club - Wanted to wait but I can finally see a difference!

Merry Christmas everyone! I wanted to wait to post progress pictures until I was below 200 but I couldn't wait. I just got home and looked at pictures from last Christmas and I can finally see the 34 lb weight loss. I still have a way to go but I've been so inspired by everyone's progress pictures, so perhaps mine will do the same for someone else.

This one is of me Christmas 2007 vs Christmas 2008.

Next is my hubby, nephew, & me in March 07 vs the hubby and me this Christmas. He's lost 24 lbs too and he's finally under 300 lbs for the first time in at least 5 years.

Thank you so much everyone!!! I LOVE that I found this site. It's great being surrounded by such fantastic women that share your struggles, celebrate each other's goals, share their knowledge and success stories!

My friends and family have been supportive but I don't have any close friends that have a weight problem or have lost a ton of weight. So it's hard to sometimes relate and I don't want to bug everyone with my weight issues all the time. It feels good when I can logon here and find a post that I can completely relate to and feel like I'm not alone.

I haven't shared to much of my experience and struggles on here because I guess I feel the same way, I don't want to bug anyone with my crap. So I've been mostly just reading other posts. Guess it might be time so share a little more.

Hey Daniela, bug us with your crap! It helps to read others struggles so we don't feel alone. Then you get the support to keep going, and encourage others to fight through their own crap! There's a lot of crap in the whole weight thing, isn't there?:kickcan:

Your pics are very inspiring. I have a full face like yours was...I noticed you lost your double chin...I SO want to lose my chubby face and extra chin. 34 lbs gone is an awesome accomplishment!

Can I say, you have a very lovely family. You look so happy together!

Wow, I am so glad you posted those pictures. Very motivating. I'd better get back on my plan and stop the little bit of fudging I've been doing here and there over the past few days.

Thanks for all the kind words! I really needed it today :) I've been arguing with the DH the past two days (not about weight stuff) and I'm feeling pretty down and emotionally drained...arrrh.

Michelle98272 - You'll loose the chubby face too! I never realized how chubby mine was until I saw the pics side by side.

angiemo3 - Great tip to post the pics, think I might print them out in put them on my bathroom mirror.

Thighs Be Gone - YES, I do feel amazing! So much more energy! I also feel so much better about myself and notice I walk a little taller with my head held up high instead of moping around avoiding eye contact.
