LA Weight Loss - Free To Live Plan

Hi, my center closed the day I was supposed to receive my Free to Live plan (I'm still stuck on the Express Plan.)

Can anybody help? I'm desperate for the new food list.

Hi KT - I didn't want you to think that people were ignoring your post -

I'm on an older version of LAWL - so I don't have the Free to Live plan.It is possible that some of our newer members have it. Hopefully someone will chime in here....

Jesskahle....would you mind posting the free to live plan? I am a old LA member that is trying to get back on track. Our centers in CT closed back at the end of '07.....:mad:
