I love Chick-Fil-A. I usually get a chargrilled chicken sandwich with a large fruit cup. It's just 360 calories! I don't eat at any other fast food places.

Chick Fil A's chicken noodle soup is yummy, filling, low-cal, and healthy. If you MUST eat at a fast food place, that's what I'd recommend.

Edited - a large is 240 calories.

today we went shopping and my 3yo HAD to have pizza hut. i got the fit n delicious chix, mushroom, green pepper pizza and a side salad with no chz and no croutons. it was AMAZING i felt like i had cheated and it was less than 300 cals.

i love chick fila too but they have an indoor playground and with that ethan has n interest in eating.

I ate Sonic today--grilled chicken wrap with no dressing. I think it's around 300 calories.

I have not eaten ARBY'S since starting my new life in June. It definitely has a place in my heart--LOL. Topping my list there are large curly fry and a jamocha shake. I am going to look up how many calories are in those and plan a day for it.

Yeah, I would like a big one too--Arby sauce and tons of cheese sounds like JUST what the doctor ordered!
