Default Whole Body Workout?...

So this may be a more obvious answered question but here it goes...So, I know what I can do to fully work out my abs and my arms, but without the use (or access) to a treadmill or an exercise bike I don't know what I can do to work out my legs. Therefore my question is how do I work out my lower body with no machines and a limited amount of space?

PS: The one thing I do is go for walks but it's so cold out right now that I become a giant icicle if I step one foot out the door. lol.

Please help. Thnx.

squats, lunges, anythings like that are great for legs.

Google pilates moves for legs, those are great.

I've had really good luck with pilates when, in the past, I haven't had access to exercise equiptment. I used the windsor pilates videos and saw really good results (when I stuck with it...)

Ok. I'll do that. For some odd reason or another I hadn't thought about lunges or squats though I have done them in the past. I've never been a fan of pilates (just because they work. I feel the burn: like flames.lol.) Anyways I suppose I should get over that...no pain no gain.

Thnx everyone. This will help significantly. I'm open to more suggestions.
