Default Uggh...bad week.
So this week has completely sucked! I haven't been eating well, I haven't been exercising and on top of that I have this nasty cough/cold/chest congestion and feel like crap. Ok...well I just had to vent. Thanks for listening.

Seems like a LOT of us had the worst week ever this week! Mine was AWFUL!!!!
Just horrible, hahaha

Get well soon! You'll be up and running in no time I'm sure! It's the holidays...we're allowed to slack a little bit! But as soon as New Years hits, it's time to get on our resolutions!!

I hear ya. I haven't gotten sick yet (ok, now I will because I just said that) but let's factor in all of the holiday parties (nice ones, with gourmet food that I can't possibly hold back on) and my RAGING case of PMS..so yes, I'm feeling like a basket case, too. But it's temporary..and I'll get back on track, just like I'm sure you will too. It's just one of those roadblocks...

You're def not alone-that nasty bug has been floating around since Thanksgiving and after avoiding it from 5 or 6 other people it caught me! Feel better soon!
