Did airplane seats get bigger, or did I finally lose weight in 2008? This year I:

*lost 43 pounds
*graduated with my bachelor's
*learned how to cook
*switched to a whole foods diet, and almost completely eliminated meat consumption to be in line with my ideas of ethical eating
*threw a few amazing parties and built my reputation as a hostess to be reckoned with
*found a way of eating that i will be thrilled to follow until the (far-off, health-uncomplicated!) day i die

A good year, but 2009 will be even better! (I'm thinking there's a mini-marathon on deck...)

This was kinda hard for me to think about on 2008 seems like it's been a lifetime!
  1. Got out of an abusive relationship
  2. Moved 2000 miles to a new life
  3. Got inner healing
  4. lost 33 pounds and 44 inches
  5. Able to workout and love it on a consistent basis.
  6. Made lifelong friends!
  7. I learned to keep going even when I don't feel like.
  8. To see more with eyes closed than with my eyes open.
  9. Learning to love every bit of who I am.
