Exercise! - Accountability

I have been on a diet for a while... but have not been exercising. But I know without exercise, I'm not going to lose a ton of weight. I need someone to help me... I have a calender saying what I have done, but I can just throw the calender away and pretend it never existed if I wanted to lie to myself... :dizzy: But I can't lie to another person. Anyone?

I know what you mean about accountability....I do my best weight loss when I have to "report" my progress to somebody. I lost 35 lbs with a dear friend a few years ago (regained with 3 pregnancies) now I am trying to lose it again but having no luck. My friend has gained a lot of weight too but she isn't motivated to lose it she doesn't even want to try.....anyway I find if I don't have to tell someone how I've done I don't lose weight. I do exercise at least 4 times a week 30 mins to 1 1/2 hours but my problem is I like to eat. Anyway maybe we can start a weekly post or something like that together??

That sounds like a plan. I am trying to do the 30 Day Shred. I have had it for a while, and did it a few times, and then just gave up. But my husband and I are taking a vacation in March and I really want to get into one of my sister's dresses to go to a Broadway show in. One is a size 12 and the other is an 8. The 8 I am sure won't happen, but maybe the 12? I am sitting at about a 16ish right now. Sometimes they are too big, sometimes too small. I did the 30 Day Shred today, though... Level 1, of course. I tried to do it a second time a bit ago, but I thought I was going to die. So I didn't. I'm going to do it tomorrow though.
